1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Guest name, address, arrival and departure dates and method of payment are required when booking an apartment. The reservation is binding once it has been confirmed either in writing, verbally, or by sending a confirmation number.
2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
The apartment is at guest’s disposal at 3 pm on the check-in day. The apartment has to be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. The accommodation provider is entitled to apply exceptions on these times.
3. CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURE
If the cancellation is notified latest 14 days prior to the arrival day, the payment will be returned to the guest in full, unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation or unless the reservation includes special terms. Cancellations submitted at a later time will not be refunded. Cancellation period does not apply to reservations lasting over 30 days.
Accommodation provider is entitled to cancel the reservation in the event of force majeure or other cause not attributable to the accommodation provider (such as a fire or water damage). In these cases, the guest has the right to a full refund.
In case the guest fails to arrive without cancelling the reservation, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the reservation in full.
Early departure before the agreed check out date must be informed to the accommodation provider latest 14 days prior to the planned check out date. If the early departure is informed later than 14 days prior to the planned check out date, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the full amount for the whole stay, as originally booked.
4. PAYMENTS AND PRICING
The booking must be paid in advance. The accommodation provider accepts the most common credit and debit cards. The accommodation provider is not obliged to accept foreign currency, cheques or vouchers, unless volunteered.
After confirming the reservation, the accommodation provider has no right to increase the agreed price, nor obliged to reduce the price.
5. RESPONSIBILITY GUEST’S VALUABLES
The accommodation provider is not responsible for guest’s property.
6. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE AND DISTURBANCE
The rules of the each housing cooperative and good manners apply in our apartments.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and on the apartment specific balconies. In case the guest has smoked in the apartment, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a fine of 500,00 € from the guest.
The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am in all our apartments. In case the accommodation provider receives an official complaint from the neighbour or authorities concerning noises or disturbing behaviour during the quiet hours or other times, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a fine of 500,00 € from the guest. In case of breaking the rules, the guest may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases the guest is still obliged to pay for the accommodation and possible additional services ordered in full. In this case, the guest cannot claim a refund for payments that have already been settled.
The guest is responsible of the keys and obliged to return all keys to accommodation provider during check out. If a key is lost, broken or not retuned to the accommodation provider due to some other reason, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a fine of 150,00 € per key from the guest.
The guest is responsible for damage caused on purpose, by accident or by negligence by him/herself or by his/her guests in the apartment or in apartment premises. This applies also to the apartment furniture and equipment, other residents in the building or their property. The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.
No pets allowed unless otherwise agreed.
7. BOOKING AN APARTMENT FOR MINORS
Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a booking. Whether accommodating with the minor or not, the adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor and his/her behavior.
